Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WSP USA, Inc. (WSP) complete a groundwater investigation at the Louisville Closed Landfill. Groundwater samples will be collected from up to 22 active permanent monitoring wells using low-flow sampling techniques. One surface water sample will be collected. In addition, seven offsite water supply wells will be sampled. All water samples will be submitted to and analyzed by Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The use of subcontractors is not expected under this work order. WSP will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
