Agreed upon timelines were met, invoices were submitted timely, and the project was completed as anticipated.
The contractor produced a useful deliverable which will improve traffic safety planning. They were able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and participants. The only area of improvement would be in the detail and adherence to policy in individual invoices.
The cost was reasonable for the work performed.
Khoo Consulting was accommodating and agreeable to work with. They needed to be informed of some compliance concerns but once the concerns were pointed out they did not reoccur. Their final product was well-received by the Advisory Council on Traffic Safety. The document can be used in future planning and will be a valuable resource.
