WSP will oversee the sealing of a crawl space; installation of sub slab and soil gas sampling points; and conduct sampling of vapors for TO-15. WSP will perform all services and/or construction as per the MPCA purchasing manual. WSP will summarize field work and provide recommendations in an annual groundwater monitoring report and a vapor investigation report.
