Evaluate the contractor's quality very satisfied - Justin and his project team were incredible to work with. Justin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that project objectives were met and the agency’s mission of protecting and improving public health were paramount in executing the work. As an example, Justin worked with a homeowner to install a vapor mitigation system that required numerous mobilizations, consistent communication with the homeowner, and required ‘unique’ solutions for unique building-specific conditions. Terracon exhibited their expertise and understanding of MPCA’s vapor investigation and mitigation BMPs, which included understanding specific sampling protocols based on building-specific conditions. Justin was anticipatory and communicative throughout the project, ensuring the project stayed on track w/r/t schedule and budget.

Dialogue with the residents was honest, respectful, and caring. It was a pleasure to work with Terracon on this project and I look forward to working with them next fiscal year.
