Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Vendor was timely in response. All objectives were completed on-time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Vendor provided materials as requested in the RFP. Vendor is knowledgeable in the subject matter and provided valuable courses for ARMER users across the state of Minnesota.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Vendor cost was with budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance was good. Vendor did not provide all attendance logs for training at the completion of the contract and ECN had to reach out to receive final deliverables, finding not all included dates/locations and one was missing from the final file deliverable. Issues with these deliverables were communicated to the vendor, corrected, and should be improved if ECN enters in to a similar contract with this vendor in the future.
