Framework developed a timeline with Minnesota Housing staff that met the needs of the program as it evolved throughout 2024. Framework met all agreed-upon deadlines.
The quality of the messaging, materials and advertising content was well crafted, on point and effective. The images they selected and the graphic design fit the Agency's mission and brand and the advertising plan was well thought out.
The cost was appropriate for the time spent and deliverables provided.
Framework was responsive and collaborated closely with Agency staff. The firm's leaders delivered consistent quality. The Agency's program successfully helped 1,431 first-generation households buy their first homes, and the program closed by December 2024 as planned, demonstrating the effectiveness of the campaign.
