WCEC will also oversee installation of a residential vapor mitigation system and assist in preparing a bid package for storm sewer lining. All services will be following the MPCA purchasing manual. WCEC will produce an SDCAD and bidding docs for contractor solicitation and will include the findings in a report prepared under a separate work order.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness neutral - The investigation activities and SSDS installation were completed but the storm sewer corrective action activities were not. Storm sewer lining was not completed due to weather pushing back the cleanout and inspection of the sewer line.
