Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WSB will conduct an investigation to define the magnitude and extent of DCA contamination. Specifically, WSB will obtain necessary access agreements, oversee push probe installation, manage field activities, collect soil and groundwater samples for analysis, complete a receptor survey and complete a report The push probes will be completed by a state contracted driller. The lab analysis will be completed by a state contracted lab. All activities will be completed in accordance with the Remediation Contract # 229113 between WSB and the MPCA.
