Terracon managed their project time very well, and were able to adjust staff time on-site to match ever changing on-site time of construction contractor. Overall project time was kept to a minimum, resulting in decreased costs for project.
Terracon provided superior quality of service for the oversight of this project, maintaining a presence on-site at all times to ensure State's needs and concerns were being meet and addressed.
Terracon's management of their time on site, management of soil and debris sampling needs, and willingness to change with the project resulted in significant overall cost savings, completing the project and their responsibilities at approximately half of the projected contract costs.
Terracon's performanace was superior on this project, and is evident in having the project end on time, under budget and to the satisfaction of the MDA, regarless of the many obstacles placed before them.
