All phases of the research study and the meta-analysis were completed on time.
Quality is excellent. Marketresponse International has a good working knowledge of the developmental disabilities field, a critical factor in designing survey tools as well as conducting studies/surveys. They are very experienced in the customer research field, and very professional in all their dealing with customers.
The Council has a limited budget and contractors understand this. They must be able to meet contract requirements and performance goals given the funds allocated by the Council for a particular project area - customer research studies in this instance. Becasue of their experience and expertise in the field, MarketResponse International can offer an approcah that will get to the core of issues, and generate meaningful and accurate results.
