Decision Lens is the only company with collaborative decision making software that has both transportation experience, real-time keypad technology, and uses Analytic Network Process (ANP). The Decision Lens Suite (DLS) and Decision Lens Web (DLW) products are proprietary software solutions and have a group decision-making framework based on Analytic Network Process (ANP). ANP takes complex situations and preferences and organizes them according to the rating and priorities of a particular group. After being weighted, these priorities are then evaluated against each other. This method allows for group buy-in and a quick synthesis of qualitative and quantitative information. Decision Lens is the only company that uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP). Decision Lens is also the only company that ties together facilitation services for weighed criteria, voting, prioritization, and resource allocation into a single product.
