All deliverables that were a part of this project were completed in a timely manner and the final product was delivered by September 30th, 2011 deadline. The timeline for the project was very tight from the beginning and it was made even tighter with the State Shutdown but the contractor still was able to complete all the tasks that were asked of them on time.
The contractor has delivered a product that exceeds standards. Other than the feedback and comments that the contractor has received from the TAP for the handbook that was put together, there was no other direction that was needed for them to deliver a high quality product
The contractor delivered all products and tasks that were asked of them within budget.

The contractor performed exceptionally well given the very tight schedule that they were given to complete the project. They needed very little direction in order to complete the tasks that were outlined for them. They worked very well with all members of the TAP. They did a great job with documenting all comments and feedback received from the TAP members for the draft copies of the handbook and also communicating the resolution/action for each comment. Overall, they were very easy to work with and their expertise in the area of traffic safety and project management was a much appreciated advantage for the project.
