The State is in need of professional technical services to analyze current DVS system software, MCSIA requirements, and identify gaps in functionality. Contractors will assist in the design of new features and make changes to current functionality required to close those gaps. Contractors will develop sofware according to DVS design requirements. Contractors will conduct unit tests, coordinate with DVS business analyst who will conduct User Acceptance Testing to approve new functionality, and deploy changes into production. Contractors will assist in routine operational taks and driver's license analysis and programming as needed.
