The work met the requirements of the program. Many opportunities for energy savings were identified. While the analysis and final report took several months longer than expected to complete, this was the first PBEEEP project to be finished.
The quality was good and met all of the requirements of the program.
This was a bid project and the cost was equal to the amount bid with no changes.
The performance was very good and the savings exceeded the original expectations for the History Center staff. The overall performance met the requirements of the program and identified realistic and achievable energy savings opportunities for the Minnesota History Center.
