The work met the requirements of the program. Many opportunities for energy savings were identified, but the analysis and final report took several months longer than expected to complete, in part due to the providers inability to work during the state government shut down period of July1-21, 2011.
The quality met the requirements of the program.
This was a bid project and the cost was equal to the amount bid with no changes.
The performance was good, meeting all requirements of the program and identifying good energy savings opportunities for SCSU.
