Contaminated Property Investigation for Twin Citie
{Empty}
State is in need of a Contaminated Property investigation – Level 1 – on approximately 40 acres of land associated with TH 10 and Interstate Highway 35W that is currently part of the Twin Cities Army Ammunitions Plant (TCAAP) located in Arden Hills, Minnesota. TCAAP is a federal and state Superfund site that State plans to acquire. To understand and minimize long and short-term environmental liability related to the acquisition, ownership, and ongoing maintenance requirements, State must complete environmental due diligence prior to acquisition in order to receive written liability assurances and regulatory approvals from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). As part of the environmental due diligence, this scope of work provides specific expertise related to the proposed property transaction involving federal and state Superfund liability, and regulatory negotiation support to obtain assurances, as needed.
