Most tasks were done in a timely manner. The submittal of temporary files needed for condemnation did lag a little.
All work was done with professional quality. This type of work is difficult and emotional for landowners. WSB did an outstanding job of explaining landowner rights and advising when need be.
I believe the contractors costs were on line or slightly below what I have experienced with other contractors.
Aside from the slight time lag with temporary files needed for condemnation, I feel the work provided by WSB was very professional. They engaged landowners and provided the type of service that is required by these sensitive job responsibilities. In addition, they knew the MNDOT R/W processes and could foresee what would be required by MNDOT for certain R/W functions. All correspondence to landowners and MNDOT were extremely professional
