SRF Inc. started this Tier 1 EIS process in early 2002. They had written the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (published in June, 2007) and it was prudent to have them finish the work in the Final Environmental Impact Statement.

SRF Inc. was very responsive and flexible when the collaboration process to build agreement on a corridor took much more time than expected.

Needed more time, but not due to SRF’s work on this Study. The lengthy collaboration process took much longer than anyone could have known and it was out of their control.
SRF Inc. delivered a quality product both on the technically and in the stakeholder engagement process
SRF’s costs were appropriate for the size of the FEIS and the complexity of building stakeholder agreement on a future TH 41 MN River crossing corridor.
SRF, Inc., with support from Anne Carroll (public participation sub-consultant) did excellent work on this project
