Major John Mock MN State Patrol

Currently the MN State Patrol has two North Memorial Medics assigned to the Special Response Team.
They are very punctual as they attend every required training session or call for service. The Preparation, planning, training and service they
provide is excellent.
Both Dan Johnson and Matt Jakubik are excellent medics and an invaluable asset to the team.
The preparation and planning that they put in to the safety and well being of the members is second to none.
Recently, at a call for service, they were put to task on an individual(suspect) with a gunshot to the head and the work they performed extended the individuals life.
Cost were reasonable for services provided.
The medical training, experience and dedication that they bring to the team is invaluable.
The overal performance of the medics far exceeds the terms and objectives of the contract.
I have been part of the team the entire time that we have had the contract with North Memorial. Quite honestly there is not enough good I
could say to give it justice. They show up at training and call outs with a medical plan in place including an evac plan and route.
They work hard each and every training session to improve their skills as well as share their knowledge to prepare the team.
