Could not have been better. I gave them a time frame for which I needed the project done and they met it without going over. Great job
Hydro Klean put forth a new crew leader. He had to learn MnDOT processes for inspecting storm sewer (HYDINFRA Rating Guide). Some poor video quality was collected by the contractor but they were responsive to the poor quality and re-televised the features in question.
Good. They did not charge MnDOT for re-televising of poor quality videos.
Overall Hydro Klean did a good job. They completed everything within the time frame that I had laid out. Some sloppy errors when creating temporary identification numbers for new feature; the numbering scheme did not match on the maps/videos/WinCan database. Video quality was good. HYDINFRA data was good. The WinCan program for video viewing was simple to use and managed the data well. The field crew was very professional when I met them in the field to go over the project.
