The contractor performed the work in a timely and in a expedited manner.

The contractor's quality of work was good and assisted the State in improving our documentation regarding the new process for submissions.
The cost for the deliverables was fixed and reasonable.

The contractor’s overall performance was very good. The State was upgrading and changing our method’s of submitting incident data to the BCA. This vendor was one of the first two using the new process and it was necessary for both the vendor and the State to work together to work through issues as they arose. The contractor worked through issues quickly as the timeframe was limited.
