The contract was necessary for evaluating the effectiveness of the High Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic public education and enforcement campaign. This contract provided for the post-campaign survey, the results of which are compared to the pre-campaign and mid-campaign surveys. Results regarding public perceptions of aggressive driving and awareness of the HEAT campaign will inform future public education and enforcement campaigns, increasing public safety on Minnesota roadways overall.

There were some editing issues with the report, but the information and analysis were very good.
