Evaluate the contractor's timeliness It was a struggle to get a resouce available to assist with the project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality When I got a resource he was great. Helped me through the process and was very knowledgeable.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Medium to High. VPLEX resources are not cheap.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Great, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and went up and beyond what I needed. I would definitely recommend him and use him again

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Project Manager was difficult to deal with (resouce helped with Project Manager) and getting a resource again took a while.
