Evaluate the contractor's quality Good. The sub consultant did the work & the quality was good.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The sub consultant did most of the production; including the flight plan. The prime consultant requested additional money – it was denied, then MnDOT was not invoiced for months and the final invoice came in under budget. This federal grant did not require a local match. If the consultant had invoiced properly and not led us to believe they would deplete the budget we would have managed the project differently.
