Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Mn/DOT’s Office of Information & Technology Services (OI&TS) has a need to to provide business areas with the ability to rapidly develop, deploy, and maintain mobile data and applications, in addition to providing OI&TS staff the ability to deliver information to our customers through a mobile setting. This includes the ability to capture structured and unstructured field data, including non-survey mapping grade data, using mobile devices (Smartphones, PDAs, GPS Receivers, Notebooks, Laptops, Tablets, etc.).

We were very satisfied with their work in phase 1 but were dissatisfied with their work in phase 2, averaging at neutral for the whole project.
