Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The Contractor met the very tight time frame that was required for this project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The Plan appears to be of good quality, especially based on the short time frame for preparing it.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of this project appears to be high at first glance but to meet the time frame of this project multiple people had to be working on similar things at the same time and also starting work on items before final decisions were complete and some rework was needed. This was all due to the very tight time frame.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I am Very Satisfied with how this project went. Given the very tight time frame the Contractor met this while still providing what appears to be a good quality Plan that is now being constructed.
