Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Due to the weather, DTS had a hard time completing the contract within the specified contract date, but all required submittals were delivered to MnDOT.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor had issues with a camera and had to re-capture some of the imagery but did so without any cost to MnDOT. The LiDAR data met quality/specification criteria.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of the contract was fair and within budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance It’s clear that DTS is a very customer oriented company that clearly communicates expectations and goals. DTS did a great job overall with this project. DTS had issues with some data capture but re-captured the imagery at no cost.
