This project had an unusually tight time line and the consultant delivered a quality product before the deadline.
The consultant delivered high-quality coordination timing plans on both corridors that had excellent two-way progression with the lowest possible delay for the cross street.
The cost per signal was good, especially given the tight-timeline.
This consultant has a lot of skill and experience in developing signal
optimization timing plans and that was shown in the results of this project which will save the public an additional $3.6
million/year in user benefits even though the corridors had coordination timing prior to project.
