Evaluate the contractor's timeliness the consultant worked with MnDOT and LRRB to reschedule the Metro Focus Group meeting and still meet the deadlines for compiling the information for the Summer LRRB meeting.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The consultant did an excellent job revising the focus group format to allow more time for the attendees to prioritize and flush out the research needs. The process used was effective at getting attendees engaged in process and producing high qualify needs statement for LRRB.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The consultant conducted three focus group sessions and summarized the information and process. LRRB was pleased with the results and has decided to continue doing focus groups to help generate research need statements.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The consultant did a very good job incorporating the comments from the TAP into the Metro Focus group session. The recap after the meeting was effective way to review the process and get feedback from the support staff. The consultant did a great job facilitating the session, defining roles and responsibilities of support staff, summarizing results and coordinating the research statements.
