Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The development of pollution prevention (P2) factsheets and a compliance calendar will greatly enhance the implementation of the Industrial Stormwater Program and improve the transition for new and existing permittees to the newly developed permit. Pollution prevention is the most significant BMP that can be used to limit the amount of pollutants transferred downstream from industrial sites as a result of stormwater runoff. Low impact development (LID) techniques can be used to achieve pollution prevention throughout industrial sites, through both design and retrofitting, and can help to achieve many of the proposed permit requirements. EOR’s current experience working with the Industrial Stormwater Program in the development of a BMP Guidebook to aid permittees with meeting the proposed multi-sector industrial permit requirements will significantly enhance the production of the industrial stormwater P2 factsheets and compliance calendar
