Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose was to plan, lead and execute the End User Training, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation and Post-Implementation Support functions of the CRS Rewrite/Expand Online Self Services project. This person was necessary due to the need for staff augmentation - DEED did not have enternal staff available to take on this one-time work.
Deliverables:
• Evaluate the business needs for Training, User Acceptance Testing and Implementation
• Lead the effort to generate and document and communicate the plans.
• Lead and execute the User Acceptance plan and assist the leaders of the Training and Implementation teams in developing and executing those plans.
• Provide post-implementation support to the MinnesotaWorks.net BA and end users.
• Provide knowledge transfer of the newly implemented features.
