Evaluate the contractor's timeliness MacDonald & Mack Architects, Ltd. (MMA) met contract schedule. Some minor delays related to interim deadlines, but that was related to first-time project of this type, and developing criteria along the way. MMA made every effort to recover project timeline at first sign of delay.

Evaluate the contractor's quality MMA delivered high-quality project that meet expectations of Site Development Unit. We have a final product that they and we can be proud of as we distribute final reports to the respective MnDOT Districts.

Evaluate the contractor's cost MMA cost to complete the work was fair and representative of other consultants for work of this type.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent final product. MMA exhibited willingness to work through process in order to deliver final product that we required. Very reliable, dependable staff that worked to meet our expectations.
