The vendor was timely in their contact with the target audience and worked with clients in an expediant and effective manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The vendor conducted themselves in a professional manner and performed the duties as define in the contract. Their work with the clientele was effective and conducted in a considerate, confidential, and deliberate manner.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost of services appear to be reasonable with known industry standards.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The vendor performed very well and within expectations of the contract.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Some minor issues at the beginning of the contract related to timely and accurate billing statements. This issue was resolve and did not become a later issue.
