The PIs had an extremely challenging project to conduct. Several unforeseeable issues caused delays in delivering the final product.
The PIs were unable to secure the type and quality of data that they had hoped. As a result, the quality of their work was compromised.
The cost was in line with what was anticipated.
Although the contractor over promised and under delivered on this work, I would still rate the contractor’s performance as satisfactory because they adequately attempted to address shortcomings.
