Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Field personnel needed some coaching on application of the spec with regard to 1512 and 1904, but overall was willing to learn and did a good job applying learned knowledge of the spec. Some issues obtaining monthly reports from contractor, and keeping the contractor on task with the weeding for 1928-56, however, this contractor was more difficult to work with and required a greater than normal amount of attention in order to enforce the spec.
