Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Consultant, Genelle Gotham, was an excellent Sr. Project Manager. She did an outstanding job of working with a variety of business and technical team members, MN.IT and MnDOT management. Genelle always conducted herself very professionally in all situations. Work products from Genelle were of a very high quality and delivered on time. She was able to adapt to changes and followed our internal standards and processes. She demonstrated strong PM and communication skills. Genelle was willing to mentor and help other PM’s in project management best practices and tools. I appreciated her independence in action and kept people informed as needed.
I had minimal contact with the vendor contact, there was no issues or need.
