Evaluate the contractor's timeliness We did not have any timeliness issues with the Vendor firm or the consultants.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Outstanding quality vendor firm and consultants. I appreciate the partnering and frequent communications from the firm to ensure no issues.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Hourly rate was lower than others for similar service. Good value for the service delivered.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance We had issues initially with finding the right fit PM for this specific project. The vendor made good effort to collaborate with MN.IT@DOT staff to identify the specific skills needed to ensure the right fit. Vendor representative, Tyler Diaz, does an outstanding job keeping in contact and checking in to proactively make sure that the consultant that was placed was a good fit, there were no issues. Tyler keeps in contact with MnDOT and the consultant to stay connected with the work.
The PM consultant, Carrie Mitchell, consistently performed to high standards. She was able to hit the ground running, took initative to get up to speed, and to work with the team members to complete the work as specified within the project charter. This has been a challenging project with
