Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Consultant, Teresa Friedsam, was an excellent Sr. Project Manager on this project. She did an outstanding job of working with a variety of business and technical team members, MN.IT and MnDOT management. This project had many technical issue as MnDOT was the first to implement SharePoint in the 365D environment. Teresa did an outstanding job helping the end users and the technical team. She was able to adapt to changes and followed our internal standards and processes. She demonstrated strong Project Manager, SharePoint and communication skills. Teresa has also done an excellent job documenting processes and doing knowledge transfer to internal project manager and technical staff for a smooth transition.
I had minimal contact with the vendor contact, there was no issues or need.
