Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Great – they did everything in a timely fashion including coordinating with our maintenance department when working within the Lowery tunnel

Evaluate the contractor's cost They didn’t go over – and did everything that they said they were going to do great!

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This was a difficult and large project. Overall Visu – Sewer did an excellent job. The subconsultant (SEH) had some errors or sloppiness with snapping newly created pipes to existing or new structures but overall they did an adequate job.
