Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this Contract was to provide inspection, location, digital video and cleaning if necessary, of obstructed or dirty storm sewer system features for I-694, from Lexington Avenue to Rice Street.

The result of the Contract will provide updated MAP, digital video, and loading of all new and existing feature
inspection/Global Positioning System (GPS) information into HYDINFRA database. Information on condition of
hydraulic infrastructure will be used by MnDOT for scoping purposes.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall they did a good job on this project. They were hampered with standing water within several pipes due to lack of maintenance and because it was wet this spring. But what they could inspect and televise they did a good job.
