Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was very reliable and met needs in a very timely manner. We did not experience any issues with this contractor’s timeliness.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The work was very professional and data work was reliable . The scope included some general tasks that all contributed to our ability to move data products forward to enable existing staff to focus on migration efforts and we met that goal.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost was very consistent with Database development costs.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Based on the overall quality and ability to learn MnDOT business this contractor was recommended and hired for another contract opportunity with MnDOT. The performance was very good. There was also a strong ability to communicate and teamwork was very good.

He has very strong Oracle skills.
