The Design Build RFP is be used by the Contracting Industry to submit a bid proposal for the construction of this Design Build project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I enjoy working with PB. I look forward to working with them again. PB definitely wants to please and deliver a good product to MnDOT. The quality of the RFP was good. They could do a little more to make sure there isn’t vague contractual language that is difficult to enforce. I would hire them again.
