Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Because of the nature of this type of work, timeliness really does not come into play because of the dependence on landowners for cooperation and information. With that being said, Wilson did everything they possibly could to try and get the landowners to provide what was needed of them and make decisions that only the landowner can.

Evaluate the contractor's quality My experience with this consultant is that their work is second to none. They have the knowledge and skill needed for these delicate negotiations and take pride in their work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Great value for the service provided. Dan and crew ultimately end up putting more time and effort into their work than what the contract requires. Always over and above what’s required of them.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance As previously stated, I have the utmost confidence in the work Wilson Development Services does. Once again, they have proven to be a leader in the specialized field of Direct Purchase and Relocation services.
