Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor required constant monitoring and status follow-up to ensure that work was delivered in a timely fashion. Without such close supervision, deadlines would slip.
The working hours when the contractor was actually present on-site varied frequently, making it hard for internal staff to plan.
