Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor performed all duties in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality All ads and ad production were done well. The contractor was responsive, easy to work with and performed at a high level.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor was the low cost provider and delivered all services according to the cost structure that was included in their bid.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor is easy to work with, cost effective and high quality. The only issue was their inability to sign a human rights certification that would have been required for agreements over $100,000. This prevented us from awarding an extension to the contract.
