Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Consultant RJJ had state hire contractor and then didn't get building permit from building official even though he was affecting the exiting from an assembly space. This made for dicey time period to get MHC code deficiencies addressed before contractor claimed delay of construction.
