Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor failed to take into account Winter and was not able to accomplish field testing during that time. This delayed completion of the project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Things were always breaking or unable to handle the weight of the truck as a Professor would have thought that would have gone better.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Kind of high for what we got.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance It didn’t help that the graduate student that was working on the project left the University during the middle of the project. I have come to expect better performance from the University.
