Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Consultant, Teresa Friedsam, was an excellent Sr. Project Manager on this project. She did an outstanding job of working with a variety of business and technical team members, MN.IT and MnDOT management. She demonstrated strong Project Manager, SharePoint and communication skills. The final phase of the project was to complete knowledge transfer to internal project manager and technical staff for a smooth transition. Teresa did an outstanding job documenting and transitioning all work as requeseted. I had minimal contact with the vendor contact, there was no issues or need.
