Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Jeff provided in depth data modeling skills and experience to this project. He worked extremely well in an agile project environment with 8 other team members. He had very good communication skills and often was able to bring the team to consensus with difficult technical decisions. He also worked well when presenting data model reviews with internal resources. He was professional and very easy to work with on this project. I would recommend him for future data modeling needs.
