Work will include approach roadway work, drainage, right of way acquisition, etc. The purpose of this contract was to complete a limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II Investigation based on the results of the Phase I of any suspect areas in the current project area. This information will be used by MnDOT to determine final project design plans / specifications and to obtain liability protections.
